SolarisH2O story began more than a decade earlier when Co-founders Martin and Winston first crossed paths. Martin was already a seasoned green energy consultant, leading renewable initiatives across Latin America and North America. Winston, then a Lieutenant Colonel in the Marine Corps Reserve, shared formative experiences from his time as a Naval Academy Midshipman, where he spent a summer working on a kibbutz in northern Israel. There, he was introduced to micro-irrigation—an innovation that sparked his long-standing interest in sustainable water systems.
Years later, as a Marine Corps Captain stationed at MCAS Yuma in Arizona, Winston served as the base’s Public Affairs Officer, representing the Marines in community engagement across the arid Imperial Valley. It was there, once again, that he encountered drip irrigation—this time not as a student, but as a liaison immersed in the agricultural realities of the Southwest.
When Martin and Winston recently reconnected, they brought together decades of insight, global experience, and a shared commitment to sustainability. SolarisH2O was born from that reunion—dedicated to advancing smart, scalable solutions at the intersection of solar energy and water innovation.

SolarisH2O's leadership complements this team with decades of experience in renewable energy, public engagement, and sustainable agriculture. Our founders -- Martin, a veteran green energy consultant across Latin and North America, and Winston, a former Marine Corps Lieutenant Colonel and Public Affairs Officer -- first connected over a shared vision for resilient, community-driven solutions. Their early conversations, sparked by Winston’s exposure to drip-irrigation on a kibbutz in northern Israel and later in the arid Imperial Valley of Southern California, laid the groundwork for a company built to serve where others don’t.
SolarisH2O integrates solar panels, micro-wind turbines, battery storage, and diesel-solar hybrid systems to power clean water infrastructure in underserved and disaster-prone communities. Our hybrid water systems combine Atmospheric Water Generators (AWGs), rainwater harvesting, and precision drip irrigation to support both potable water access and Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA).
We specialize in:
⚡ Hybrid Energy Systems: Solar, micro-wind, battery storage, and diesel-solar backup for off-grid reliability
💧 Water Innovation: AWGs and rainwater harvesting tailored for low-resource environments
🌱 Sustainable Agriculture: Drip irrigation and CEA to support small-scale farming and food security
🛠️ Resilience Engineering: Modular systems designed for rapid deployment in disaster zones and remote areas
🤝 Community-Centered Design: Solutions built with and for the people they serve, informed by deep public affairs and coalition-building experience
At SolarisH2O, we don’t just deploy technology—we deliver impact. Our systems are engineered to empower communities with clean water, sustainable food production, and energy independence.
At SolarisH2O, we build water systems for real-world conditions -- where infrastructure is fragile, terrain is unforgiving, and lives depend on reliability. Our products are modular, hybridized, and designed to meet the diverse needs of communities, institutions, and rapid-response teams.

At SolarisH2O, we build water systems for real-world conditions -- where infrastructure is fragile, terrain is unforgiving, and lives depend on reliability. Our products are modular, hybridized, and designed to meet the diverse needs of communities, institutions, and rapid-response teams.
Whether you're growing food in a greenhouse situated in an arid environment, operating a rural clinic, or deploying into austere environments with no water infrastructure, our systems deliver clean water and energy with precision, resilience, and care.
🌍 Hybrid Water Systems, Tailored to You
We specialize in combining renewable energy sources -- solar panels, micro-wind turbines, battery storage, and diesel-solar hybrid backup—to power water infrastructure that works anywhere, anytime. Our systems integrate:
💧 Atmospheric Water Generators (AWGs): Extract potable water from ambient air, ideal for humid climates or areas with unreliable groundwater.
🌦️ Rainwater Harvesting: Captures and stores seasonal rainfall, often paired with AWGs to ensure year-round supply.
🌱 Drip Irrigation for Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA): Precision water delivery for greenhouses and small farms, maximizing yield while minimizing waste.
🏥 Rural Utility Systems: Designed for clinics, schools, and community centers—providing safe drinking water, sanitation support, and operational reliability.
🚨 Emergency Water Solutions: Rapid-deploy units engineered for disaster zones, humanitarian missions, and expeditionary operations. These systems are compact, rugged, and capable of generating potable water off-grid—powered by solar and battery storage with optional diesel backup.
🪖 Expeditionary Mobility Platforms: Built for highly mobile teams such as military units, field medics, and emergency responders. Lightweight, energy-efficient, and fast to deploy, these systems provide clean water in remote or hostile environments without relying on fixed infrastructure.
🔧 Built Around Your Mission
Every deployment begins with a conversation. What are your water needs? Is your site in a drought-prone region? Are you supporting agriculture, healthcare, or rapid-response operations? From there, we design a system that fits—not just technically, but culturally and operationally.
Whether you're a nonprofit serving remote villages, a municipality preparing for climate shocks, or a tactical unit operating in austere terrain, SolarisH2O delivers more than just equipment—we deliver trust, adaptability, and impact.
