SolarisH2O story began more than a decade earlier when Co-founders Martin and Winston first crossed paths. Martin was already a seasoned green energy consultant, leading renewable initiatives across Latin America and North America. Winston, then a Lieutenant Colonel in the Marine Corps Reserve, shared formative experiences from his time as a Naval Academy Midshipman, where he spent a summer working on a kibbutz in northern Israel. There, he was introduced to micro-irrigation—an innovation that sparked his long-standing interest in sustainable water systems.

Years later, as a Marine Corps Captain stationed at MCAS Yuma in Arizona, Winston served as the base’s Public Affairs Officer, representing the Marines in community engagement across the arid Imperial Valley. It was there, once again, that he encountered drip irrigation—this time not as a student, but as a liaison immersed in the agricultural realities of the Southwest.

When Martin and Winston recently reconnected, they brought together decades of insight, global experience, and a shared commitment to sustainability. SolarisH2O was born from that reunion—dedicated to advancing smart, scalable solutions at the intersection of solar energy and water innovation.

We have a team of experienced professionals who are dedicated to providing top-quality products and services to our customers. Our team includes engineers, technicians, and sales professionals who are experts in the water works industry.

SolarisH2O's leadership complements this team with  decades of experience in renewable energy, public engagement, and sustainable agriculture. Our founders -- Martin, a veteran green energy consultant across Latin and North America, and Winston, a former Marine Corps Lieutenant Colonel and Public Affairs Officer -- first connected over a shared vision for resilient, community-driven solutions. Their early conversations, sparked by Winston’s exposure to drip-irrigation on a kibbutz in northern Israel and later in the arid Imperial Valley of Southern California, laid the groundwork for a company built to serve where others don’t.

SolarisH2O integrates solar panels, micro-wind turbines, battery storage, and diesel-solar hybrid systems to power clean water infrastructure in underserved and disaster-prone communities. Our hybrid water systems combine Atmospheric Water Generators (AWGs), rainwater harvesting, and precision drip irrigation to support both potable water access and Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA).
